Prior to launching Momentum Hires, Simon was an Executive Director at an international recruitment firm; where he managed specialist recruitment teams across Construction, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain, Engineering and Executive Search. His success as a top performer and in growing and managing high-performing teams is a testament to his commitment to providing the best service in the sector.
